Outstanding Features
Thermal paper (receipt paper, bill paper) is a specialized paper produced using heat-sensitive technology. The raw materials used to manufacture the paper are chemically treated with heat-sensitive compounds. When the paper comes into contact with the thermal print head in a printer, the chemicals react to heat and change color, producing text or images at the heated spots. The paper surface is coated with a carbon mixture, creating a smooth, bright white finish for clear, high-quality prints.
Thermal receipt paper for the electricity industry is a dual-sided thermal paper, specifically designed for use in the electricity sector. The standard side is wound inside, while the heat-sensitive side is wound outside.
There are two types of thermal paper:
- Black-and-white thermal paper (black ink)
- Blue-and-white thermal paper (blue ink)
Paper Sizes and Formats:
Our products are cut and produced in various standard and customized sizes using high-quality imported materials from Japan, South Korea, and the USA:

Product Compatibility:
Our thermal paper is compatible with most bill printers available on the market, including Epson PRP 085, PRP 058, TAWA 085, Citizen, Topcash, Casio, and more.
Packaging Specifications:
Our thermal paper rolls are packaged in high-quality, heat-resistant, and moisture-proof PE bags for optimal protection during storage. Each roll is sealed with branded labels on both ends. Ten rolls are packed in a secure plastic bag, while 50 or 100 rolls are packed per carton. (Note: The price is calculated per roll.)
Benefits of Using Thermal Printers:
- Cost-effective: Thermal paper eliminates the need for ink or toner, reducing operational costs.
- High-Speed Printing: Thermal printers offer faster printing speeds compared to traditional printers.
- Clear Print Quality: The output is sharp and clear, ensuring better readability.
- Increased Paper Capacity: A high-quality thermal roll lasts about three times longer than regular paper rolls, minimizing the need for frequent replacements and labor costs.
- Quick Paper Replacement: Thermal printers are designed for easy paper loading, allowing staff to replace rolls in under 30 seconds.
- Faster Transaction Processing: Thermal printers work significantly faster than dot matrix printers, reducing transaction times, especially during peak hours.
- Low Maintenance: With fewer moving parts, thermal printers are more durable and require minimal maintenance.
- Quiet Operation: Thermal printers operate with minimal noise, ideal for crowded environments.
Applications of Thermal Paper:
- Retail: Restaurants, cafes, karaoke bars, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
- Healthcare: Hospitals, clinics, and X-ray imaging devices.
- Banking: ATM receipts and queue number machines.
- Service Industry: Phone top-up cards, cybercafes, gaming cards, etc.
Storage Instructions:
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid exposure to temperatures above 40°C, as heat may fade the print.
- Avoid humid conditions or temperatures too low, as moisture can affect print quality.
