The Zebra ZT410 printer supports three distinct cutting modes. Additionally, in “Real 1:1” mode, labels can be retracted under the print head after cutting, enabling continuous printing without unprinted gaps.

• Do not use an 8-inch wide cutter for materials exceeding 160 g/m².
• Avoid cutting fiber-reinforced materials such as Tyvek.
• For self-adhesive materials, always cut between labels to prevent adhesive buildup on the blade, which can negatively affect cutting performance.

Dual Cutting Functionality: The cutter features dual cutting capabilities, enabling operators to remove gaps between labels if necessary. Cutting gaps can be adjusted from 1 to 5 mm, depending on user requirements.
