Warranty Policy for Barcode Equipment at Beetech Investment and Technology Development Joint Stock Company

A. Warranty Location

- All equipment and products supplied by Beetech Investment and Technology Development Joint Stock Company will be warranted at the address: 50 Cao Duc Lan, An Phu, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

B. Warranty Period

- The warranty period is calculated from the delivery date.
- The warranty duration is based on the Manufacturer’s regulations. Accordingly, the warranty period for equipment/products will be specified on the “Warranty Label” attached to the products and agreed upon between the Buyer and Beetech Investment and Technology Development Joint Stock Company.

C. Conditions for Products Not Covered Under Warranty

1. Equipment/products that have exceeded the warranty period.
2. Warranty labels that are blurred (date/month cannot be identified) or missing warranty certificates.
3. Warranty labels that are torn or removed.
4. Equipment details such as Model or Serial numbers that have been erased, altered, or do not match the warranty certificate.
5. Products damaged by fire or explosion due to improper usage or incorrect power supply.
6. Products that have been opened, modified, or repaired without authorization.
7. Damage caused by natural disasters, fires, lightning strikes, or due to natural factors, rodents, or insects.
8. Improper installation, storage, or usage not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions provided with the equipment.
9. Products that are wet, broken, or damaged due to customer mishandling during use or improper transportation.
10. Equipment used in an environment not meeting specified conditions (unstable voltage, dusty environment, cramped operating space, high temperature, or high humidity).
11. Damage caused by other devices sharing software, hardware, automatic/manual signal switches, or additional attached devices.
12. Use of non-genuine consumables or accessories, such as poor-quality ribbons.

D. Warranty Exclusions

1. Costs for transportation, delivery, on-site repairs, and other incidental expenses.
2. Replacement of worn-out, broken, torn, or rusted parts of the product.
3. Warranty does not cover consumables or accessories included with the equipment, such as ribbons, power cords, CDs, or manuals (if any).

Notes

1. Proper storage, maintenance, and usage according to instructions will extend the lifespan of the equipment.
2. Warranty does not apply in cases of: scratched screens of any type, swollen or burnt batteries in scanners or PDAs, scratched printheads of receipt printers, barcode printers, or plastic card printers, and any type of cables.
3. Batteries included with all equipment supplied by Beetech Investment and Technology Development Joint Stock Company are warranted for only 3 months as per regulations.
