The cutting process can be performed under the following options:

• Cutting after each label.
• Cutting after every tenth label.
• Cutting at the end of the printing job.

The printer offers three different cutting modes to meet diverse user requirements. Notably, the cutter supports the “Real 1:1” mode, allowing labels to be pulled back under the print head after cutting and continuing printing without leaving unprinted stripes.

    • Do not use an 8″ wide cutter for materials exceeding 160 g/m².
    • Avoid cutting fiber-reinforced materials (e.g., Tyvek).
    • For self-adhesive materials, cut between labels to prevent adhesive from sticking to the blade and affecting cutting performance.
• Dual Cutting Functionality: The cutter allows operators to remove gaps between labels if needed. The cutting gap can be adjusted from 1 to 5 mm, offering flexibility for practical applications.
